The “Countach 5000 Quattrovalvole” made its debut at the Geneva show in 1985. In 1988 the car had an upgrade, and the carburettors were replaced with fuel-injection. It also received straked sideskirts and a revised engine hood design.

This model kit recreates the “Countach 5000 Quattrovalvole” in its 1988 model year in Japan (generally known as the “late production model”). It features newly designed injection engine parts and sideskirts, as well as a revised engine hood.
