[Shopping Building 1/Main Features]
-Modeled a 6-story corner building with a modern exterior, with large windows that extend all the way to the sides.
– On the side facing the road, a brick pattern is reproduced as an accent.
The first floor is assumed to be a restaurant, and the second to sixth floors are assumed to be stores.
On the first floor, the store and entrance are realistically reproduced.
Arrangements are also possible by configuring two floors as blocks.
– Fine details such as piping, electrical wiring, ducts on the sides and back, and equipment on the rooftop are also realistically reproduced.
– Comes with a protruding signboard/rooftop signboard (separate parts installed) and special stickers, which are essential for detailing.
